Polarizer + red filter

I guess it's a really stupid question, but when you say that you can
stack pol filter and red (or whatever color) filter I guess if there's
any reason why i should put the red filter or the pol filter closer to
the lens. What's the right "order" to mount the stacked filters on the
lens?

There is no order except that larger diameter filters or the thinner
"ring" filters should be furthest from the lens to avoid (or at least
reduce) vignetting.
If you have a UV or Skylight filter then remove it before adding other
filters.

usually keep a red on and just put a pol on when I want a pure black sky.
