How do I move multiple layers at once in the tab?

I am using PShop 7 and I cannot figure out how to move multiple layers
at once in the layers tab. I have about 45 layers I need to move
underneath another 45 layers. Moving them one at a time is a pain and
a time waster. Any ideas?

Simply mark (select) 45 of them, and move them to where you want it.
You will only not be able to move the background image unless you
double click on it and rename it to layer 0 (or something else)
