has improved the technology that renders their vehicles invisible to
most IGNORAMUSES or they have automated their efforts against Me. This
is PROOF of the CIA's LIBELOUS campaign of disinformation. By causing
Me to expel gas every several minutes, people avoid Me, and I must rely
on the internet to spread My gospel.

rk: I have made it a point to draft a letter to the JoCo Courts
offering them a settlement in the current Tort Claim of $21,000,000
