Tool pallete monitor can be a el-cheapo 15"-er. The image monitor should be as big as possible and very fine grained physical pixelation, eg: mine is an old Sony gdm f500r 21", on which each pixel is 1/0.0022 [fraction] of one millimeter in a matrix grid of micro wires. That general idea is what you need to research, the sizes of physical pixels on available monitors, the smaller the better.
