Exchanging at adorama after discovering defect (about 2 1/2 months now)

I recently bought a KM lens which is defective. If it faces downwards,
it starts creeping to a longer distance. In the beginning when I was
shooting I thought it was probably normal because I didn't have any
other lenses. Then I bought another lens which doesn't have this
problem. When I saw that my newer lens doesn't have the above problem,
I contact KM and described the problem and they said it was definitely
not normal.
My warranty card is unfilled still but its been about 2 months since I
purchased this lens. Does anyone have an experience with adorama in
exchanges? I bought it from their walk in store in NYC.

Last week I ordered a used Nikone FE2 body and MD12 motor drive. They
e-mailed me yesterday to inform me the camera was not in excellent+
condition as advertised and asked if I wanted a substitute body of
excellent condition. I told them no, I only wanted collectable quality
items They said O.K., then you probably don't want the motor drive to
fit that body which they had already shipped to me. They e-mailed a
pre-paid UPS return tracking label to return it to them at no cost to
me and will issue a credit to my CC upon receipt. They have been
terrific to deal with through the years. I have purchased some really,
really expensive stuff from them and always received first rate
service. Call them and talk. Thay will work with you.
