Rollei print questions

I'm a 99% 35mm semi-pro but have gotten some nice shots with my mom's old
Rollei 3.5. I have a few questions:
Is there a good mail order lab to make enlargements on the East Coast? I've
seen "A and I" recommended, but they're in California.
Also - what's the best way to handle 120 color negatives for most labs?
Singly? Groups of 4? Mine are in continuous lengths and somewhat hard to
deal with. They came that way from my local Ritz photo following
processing. Also - is Ritz good enough for film development?

Small labs like that can be a crap shoot, but if you've found one you're
satisfied with, stick with it, and on the average I'd say Ritz is better
than Target, etc. I buy 120 negative sleeves that hold three six by six
negatives in a row, so mine get cut up into strips of three.
