I just bought a Rolleiflex SL35 E and I need your help!

I just bought a Rolleiflex SL35 E and I need your help! The camera is in
excellent condition but it didn't come with a user manual. I managed to
figure out all the knobs and buttons except one little lever at the back of
the camera, on right side. This lever is in vertical position but it could
rotate a little to the right where ther is an "M" or to the left where there
is an "R". I just don't know what that is for. I also would like to know if
any of you have a downloadable user manual for this camera. Also, what flash
does this camera take?

Thank you William for the link. I just purchased the manual recomended on
EBay. I would have prefered to be able to download the user manual
rightaway but apparently there are none available on the Net. Also I bought a
Vivitar 16A automatic flash and it seems to work perfectly with my Rolleiflex.
