CS2 Help not opening

I'm having a problem with opening the Help files. When I click to open
Photoshop Help, either in the program or from the Start/All Programs menu, I
can see the Adobe Help Center button on the task bar, but no files open. It
did work when I first installed CS2. Any one else had this problem? Any
solutions?

I had this problem with PS Elements 3. I'm pretty sure I right-clicked on the
taskbar "icon" and chose "Maximize."
