Try photographing a blank sheet of creased paper and use that as a
background to the text.

AND/OR to "Adobe-Exchange search at: http://tinyurl.com/y3ka3b
and enter "old paper" in the search area and scroll down to "Photoshop
Exchange" in the all exchange area then hit search.. there are a few
that should get you started
