How to contact adobe to report illegal

Someone i know wants to rat out their employer for using unlicenced and
illegal use of adobe products.
The motivation is that my friend would like the company to actualy upgrade
to CS2...lord knows they have the money.
so who does my friend contact? the company currently runs illegal copies of
illy and PS on a publicly accessed drive.

The Business Software Alliance (BSA) allows someone to make reports of
copyright infringement that are completely anonymous. The BSA will not
reveal your friend's name, and your friend will still be eligable to
receive a percentage of any fines that are collected.
www.bsa.org has an anonymous online piracy reporting form.

Has your friend tried registering the products with Adobe? Try doing the
'right' thing and see if Adobe picks up on the fact that 2 different
companies are running software with identical serials.

That would be exactly the wrong reason to do it.
Either your personal ethics won't allow you to run pirated software,
and are therefore in conflict with your employer's, and the right
action is to quit; or you don't care about running pirate software, in
which case, the tip-off is purely hypocritical. You and your friend are
clearly na=EFve if you believe that the outcome will be "a magical
upgrade to CS2".

my "friend" has not lost herjob. (yet lol)
but really would like to bust them a bit.
The firm she works for is huge and is very stingent about licences and
protocol etc.
Thing is...they are wrong for using the program at all! She would love see
them squirm a little bit.
She also would like to remain anon. Just wondrin' if there was a way to rat
the bosses out and remain anon. She hasnt actualy acted on anything yet.

Ain't gonna happen. The BSA has a very well-established track record;
there is no affirmative defense against a legal claim of copyright
infringement.
If the company is infringing, they can not claim harassment or malicious
prosecution. If they are not infringing, then the BSA doesn't initiate a
lawsuit.
