Photoshop assignments

Hello,
Does anyone know a *good* group or website via which I can give an
assignment to spice up my already existing logo?
Preferrebly for free ;)

assignment means you decide what you want and PAY a designer for it.
If you want go to some websites and see what you get for FREE with Free logo
makers interfaces.
do you do your work for no money? Is your website for a charity or other
cause we want to support by doing work for no $$. Or you are just another
commercial business person who thinks artists do not deserve to be paid for
their work while you make $$ on the image they provide. Or you just don't
care about your company having a professional image?
