Warp to perfect circle

I have a pix of a plate of food, taken from an angle and i want to
warp it to a perfectly round plate. are there any guides i can use
with warp (cs2) so i know when it is perfectly round?

Warp may be quite difficult to use for this. Try the 'Lens Correction'
filter and play with vertical and horizontal perspective correction.
That should do the trick more easily.

Hi
You could create a perfect circle of roughly the right size on a new layer,
then reduce the opacity of that layer so you can still see the plate.
